You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Tap Loyal. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including sending unsolicited messages, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
